Sponsor Levels

Our membership base and event attendees represent interactive marketers from local Fortune 1000 companies, interactive agencies, marketing-related technology firms, marketing-focused consulting firms and online media companies. Sponsorship is a great way to increase awareness for your company among South Florida's interactive marketing professionals.

Interactive Elite (Founding Sponsor) - $7,500

  • Company logo placement on SFIMA Web site for 12 months
  • Link to company Web site from SFIMA site for 12 months
  • Recognition as Elite sponsor on SFIMA Web site for 12 months
  • Company mention by SFIMA president at all educational meetings for 12 months
  • Company logo placement and recognition as Elite sponsor on all event signage created (primarily networking/social events)
  • Opportunity to sponsor SFIMA monthly educational meetings at 33% discount for 12 months
  • Opportunity to include link to company white papers or best practices reports on SFIMA website for 12 months
  • Ability to send 2 company employees or guests to SFIMA monthly educational meetings for 12 months

Interactive Educator - $2,500 (Educational meeting sponsor)

  • Company logo placement on SFIMA Web site for month of meeting
  • Link to company Web site from SFIMA Web site for month of meeting
  • Prominent mention in event press release (short description of company/product)
  • Acknowledgement at beginning and end of event presentation by SFIMA President (short description)
  • Signage at meeting and information table in room. Signage that is approximately 2' x 4' is appropriate for venue.
  • Ability to distribute company literature on seats and have a sponsor table at event
  • Ability to send 4 company employees or guests to the event
  • Opportunity to conduct a raffle or drawing at the event to collect business cards of attendees (prize should be substantial enough to motivate attendees to participate – dinner for two, spa day, round of golf, etc.)
  • Opportunity for 3 minute commercial
  • Introduction to guest speaker

Interactive Supporter - $1,000 (Drinks sponsor at monthly educational events)

  • Company acknowledgement on SFIMA monthly meeting email alerts (three total) (SFIMA will use notice of free drink as an incentive for pre-registration)
  • Company acknowledgement at event
  • Opportunity to send 3 people to attend event
  • Options to create drink tickets (estimate 150 tickets needed) with company logo and slogan.
  • Option to distribute drink tickets, along with company literature, at monthly event (Tickets will otherwise be controlled by our registration table and handed to each attendee upon arrival)

Triple Crown Power Package - $6,000

This Sponsorship Power Package offers your company a unique opportunity to participate at two SFIMA social events and one educational event throughout the year and to gain visibility with interactive professionals in South Florida! This unique package offers a savings of over $1,500 off separate event prices and includes the following:

  • Educational event sponsorship – must be within 12 months of commitment ($2,500 value)
  • Nautical Networking Event table of 10 sponsorship ($2,500 value)
  • SoFIE Awards Gala or Charity Fundraising table sponsorship of 10 ($2,000 value)
  • Corporate Membership – 3 Seats at each educational event or $400 discount off of the price above for existing Corporate members ($600 value)

Dynamic Duo Power Package - $4,500

This level of sponsorship includes everything above except for the educational sponsorship. Existing corporate members may take a $400 discount off of the price above.

Networking Event Sponsor

There are at least 2 networking or social events planned each year and these may include the Nautical Networking Event, A Casino Fundraising Event and the SoFIE Awards (South Florida Interactive Excellence Awards). The event organizers determine prices and sponsorship opportunities for these events annually.

Table Sponsor at SFIMA Educational Event - $499

  • Logo on SFIMA website linking back to sponsors' website
  • Mention on SFIMA Blog and Facebook Page
  • Logo inclusion in SFIMA emails 
  • Table for sponsor to distribute literature, giveaways, do a contest, etc.
  • Ability to bring 3 additional guests/associates
