Listing and logo on SFIMA email newsletter. Please provide a one- to two-sentence description of your company.
Signage at event venue. Signage that is approximately 2' x 4' is appropriate for the venue.
Introductions to guest speaker.
Distribute literature on chairs and sponsor table.
Collect business cards. *Most sponsors conduct a drawing or raffle for logo wear, gift certificates (dinner, spa, etc.) or free software/services as a way to advertise their wares and collect attendee information.
Sponsors have the option to create drink tickets with their logo and slogan to be handed to each registrant of the meeting (estimate 150 tickets needed). These are controlled by our registration table and given to everyone that pre-registers.
