Customer Experience Expert to Discuss Marketing Myths and Technology Slips

FORT LAUDERDALE, FL. NOVEMBER 9th, 2017–The South Florida Interactive Marketing Association (South Florida IMA), the tri-county’s premiere networking and professional development organization for digital marketing professionals, will present “Marketing Myths and Technology Slips” with John Goodman, for its November educational event. The event will take place on Thursday, November 9th from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. EST at the International Game Fish Association located at 3000 Gulf Stream Way in Dania Beach, FL.

John Goodman, Vice Chairman of Customer Care Measurement Consulting, will discuss the importance and value of anticipation and proactive service. By being proactive, a company can cut service costs by two-thirds while dazzling the customer with great service. In his discussion, John will identify five areas where technology and service, marketing and quality departments can partner to enhance not only the customer experience but also the bottom line.

Key takeaways include: learn the latest research on customer behavior – both on the B2B and B2C environments, how to leverage your technology and website to make your customer experience, proactive, preventive and engaging and the latest sources of Voice of the Customer that you already have but are not using.
